Max Compact 2000 – Tank mounted screw compressor

• The max compact 2000 unit is a rotary screw compressor mounted on receiver completely preassembled and tested in factory.
• IP 55 control panel, star delta starter and all required safety devices.
• Rotary compressor with lubricated screws, from the new MSA silenced series.
• The tank for compressed air storage acting as pressure stabiliser and condensate separator. The tank sits on a special structure for easy transport.
• Installation is extremely simple: just position the machine, connect the machine, connect the air delivery pope to the air line and connect to the power supply.

Max Plus 2000 – Tank mounted screw compressor with dryer and filters

• The max plus 2000 compressor is a compressed air production and treatment unit completely preassembled, to supply un-oiled and condensate air free.
• Rotary compressor with lubricated screws from the new MSA silenced series.
• Air receiver for compressed air storage with baseplate for easy transport.
• Dryer with refrigerated cycle, from the new series, equipped with gas 134a, for supplying dry air.
• Filter unit formed of pre and post filter.
• By-pass valves to ensure that compressed air is supplied while replacing filter cartridges.
• All condensate is conveyed to one point and discharged with a programmable electronic system.

Powerful
A layout where everything is rational. The particular care taken in solving the problems of air circulation inside the machine and the use of absolutely reliable components, allowed us to realise high-level performances also thanks to the excellent screw unit.

Silent Running
The machine has been designed to get very low noise level. The use of noise-trapping systems and an accurate study of the internal air flow resulted in performances that exceeded the most positive expectations.

Simplified Maintenance
By removing only two panels it is possible to provide routine maintenance (oil and filters change). Replacement of the belts and tension regulation is fast, only one panel need to be removed.

Electronic Control
A standard energy saving electronic equipment is provided. The new ES 99 control system guarantees intelligent machine management, focusing on energy saving.

Stormy – Belt Compressors

The electric compressors with belt transmission, with their new line and improved performance, are able to satisfy all the market demands. This range with eighteen models is divided into two versions: single-stage and two-stage, with four tank sizes and five powers, to provide a reply to any need.

All sets are equipped with: ∙ start and stop pressure switch ∙ drainage valve ∙ safety valve ∙ pressure reducer on the trolley-mounted series ∙ thermal protection ∙ from 5.5 HP, possibility of star-delta starter.

Stormy Silent – Piston silenced air compressors on receiver

The compressor of the stormy silent series is the logical consequence of the fight against noise pollution; simple construction, low noise level “68 – 69 Db(A)” and compact dimensions are the winning features of this series of machines.

Starting from 4 HP, the compressors are equipped with an internal electric fan expelling hot air, so as to guarantee a better compressor efficiency.

The range includes a version on wheels for 270 litres and a fixed version for 500 litres unit.
