What to look for in a gas & smoke analyser
Emissions equipment is vital to the operation of an MOT station. It is therefore, equally vital that the right choice of product is made and for the right reasons. ‘Whistles and bells are fine’ but it must be remembered that, fundamentally, all emissions analysers must perform certain functions in a particular way to be acceptable to VOSA. In reality, key requirements are ease of use, reliability (which impacts on design) and back-up service. Without meeting these criteria, even the most exceptionally specified and attractive machines are useless.

The Trademaster T800 is based on a gas analyser and Smoke Meter measurement system with a proven track
record to perform, day in, day out. Low maintenance filtration, self evacuating water trap, adjustable length
exhaust probe – all illustrate the attention to detail that has gone into the design to ensure easy measurement
and maintenance and all machines are factory tested prior to delivery.

The new ergonomically designed and attractive trolley is both robust and practical; it houses and protects the advanced electronic equipment, including the computer and A4 colour printer, keeping the inevitable workshop dust and grime at bay.

Our digitally operated smoke meter now features ‘wireless’ connectivity and has the capability of being integrated into the gas analyser or operating as a stand alone unit. The RPM 700 and oil temperature probe are also now wireless making the Trademaster Gas Analyser and Smoke Meter a market leading option.
