This system is designed for use in lubrication pits but can also be used with lifts. The collector arm is connected to the drain bowl (24555). Oil is gravity fed into a 25 litre tank with a float switch, which controls the air supply to the discharge pump. When maximum level is reached in
the 25 litre tank the air operated pump starts and the waste oil is pumped to a remote container tank.

Waste oil collection bowl on rails
We have different solutions for waste oil handling in pits. The pictures show solutions using an air operated height adjusted bowl on a rail and one with an open rail solution.

Waste Oil Unit for Pit Use
With adjustable wheels for mounting on pit rails. The unit can be emptied by a pump system, 29068 must be fitted with a quick coupling set (29108) for easy connection of the discharge hose.

Automatic Emptying Unit
