Installation of Suction and Waste Oil Pump, 22702/4
For maximum efficiency, the pump should be installed as close as possible to the suction point at the same level as the liquid. Installation the pump in any another way will increase the emptying time. The drawing above shoes an instllation with acceptable capacity and emptying time.

A Max recommended length between pump and suction point incl. hose reel: 12m
B Max recommended suction height, from liquid level to hose reel centre: 2.5m
C Max recommended distance, between pump outlet and liquid level: 1 m

A non return valve at the pump outlet is recommended.
Waste Oil Suction Kit with Suction Probes and Hose Reel
Complete kit to drain waste oil using probes. The kit includes the following: hose reel, suction pump 22702/4, wall bracket, quick coupling with suction probes 2295014, suction strainer with vacuum gauge and air quick coupling. Capacity when using ø8 mm suction probe (engine oil +60°C): 2 l/min.
