BT5000W Roller Brake Tester

What to look for in a brake tester
The need for reliability imposes some requirements in brake tester design. The console should be well thought out and easy to read whilst access to the control system for calibration, maintenance or repair should be simple. The roller bed should have a robust construction with good access to the operating mechanism and electrical system. The rollers should carry some assurance from the manufacturer about the quality and reliability of the gritting. A wide ranging specification with the ability to be easily upgraded to a higher standard may offer some degree of future proofing. If the name on the equipment is not that of the manufacturer, check the service options available for the product - particularly long term.
