The Trade Group was originally formed over ten years ago by a carefully selected number of forward looking companies intent on providing a superior service to the motor trade.The main objective of the Group at the time was to be better able to source high quality products from major manufacturers to benefit the vehicle bodyshop industry.

The concept proved to be very successful and in 1997 it was decided to expand the venture to include garage equipment. Today, the Trade Garage Equipment Group comprises eight companies strategically positioned throughout the UK.

The common goal is to provide the highest quality garage equipment products, at the most competitive prices, as quickly as possible and with full ongoing service support. With customer service high on the agenda, a close and trusting relationship with workshops, garages and dealerships is essential. To ensure this, the group have over 20 sales specialists and more than 60 engineers nationwide, to meet any customer requirement pre or post installation.

The Group have chosen key major suppliers to work with and there is a full range of top quality products available to cover all garage equipment requirements. The developing list of leading manufacturers includes Rotary lifts, SAGEM Johnson Controls emissions and diagnostic products, MAHA brake testers,Alentec Orion and Permex lubrication systems plus Beissbarth wheelcare and air conditioning equipment.

The Trade Garage Equipment Group also has an expanding range of products marketed by them under the ‘Trademaster’ brand name.
